Delivery Scope
We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Australia. We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Fees
Standard Shipping: For orders totaling 90 AUD or more, we provide free shipping.
Flat Rate: For orders totaling less than 90 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 9.99 AUD will be charged.
Taxes
All taxes and related fees are already included in the product price. You do not need to pay any additional tax fees upon checkout or delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (18:00) based on Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Time (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).
Orders placed before 18:00 on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting on the next available business day.
Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, we require 1-3 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment.
Transit Time
After the order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is 7-10 business days. Please note that total delivery time involves both handling time and transit time.
Logistics Carriers
To ensure the safety of your furniture items, we partner with reliable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to view the current status.
Liability Statement
Product Damage or Loss: If your item is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a resolution or replacement.
Modification and Cancellation: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us before the item is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to intercept or modify the delivery instructions.
Delivery Address and Responsibility: We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages lost due to customer error.
Signing for Delivery
Upon arrival, please inspect the outer packaging of your dining sets or carts before signing. If you notice visible damage to the packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, they may leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package from a local depot or arrange a redelivery. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on these notifications to avoid the package being returned to the sender.
Multiple Packages
Due to the size and weight of dining tables and outdoor sets, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. These packages might arrive on different days depending on the carrier’s logistics. Please check your tracking information for details on multiple shipments.
Delays Beyond Control
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, external factors such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier strikes may cause delays. We will keep you updated if significant delays occur.
