Return Validity Period
You have 45 days from the date you sign for the receipt of the goods to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Appearance Issues: The product has visible scratches, dents, or damage upon arrival.
Quality Issues: The product has structural defects or functional failures.
Sensory Issues: The product has strong odors, severe color differences from the photos, or other significant discrepancies.
Incorrect Item: The product received does not match the item ordered (Wrong Item).
No Reason Return: You have changed your mind or no longer want the item.
Return Process

Review: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the specific return address.
Shipment: You are required to send the product back to our designated return address. Please ensure the item is securely packed.
Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will immediately inspect it to verify if it matches the situation you reported. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange your refund immediately. For more details on refunds, please refer to the "Refund Process" section below.
Exchange Process
Application: Contact us via email at contact@homelivra.com or by phone at +1 (917) 805-3975 to request an exchange. Please provide your order number, proof of payment, reason for the exchange, and relevant videos or photos.
Review: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the return address.
Shipment: You need to send the product back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive it.
Dispatch: Once we receive the item, we will immediately inspect it. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange the new product shipment within 1-3 business days. Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.
Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

Fee Rules
We Cover Shipping: If the return is due to appearance issues, quality issues, odors/severe color differences, or incorrect items sent, we will bear the shipping costs.
You Cover Shipping: If the return is a "No Reason" return (Change of Mind), the shipping costs for returning the item must be borne by you.
Return Label
To facilitate your return, a return label is included inside every package we ship. You may use this label to expedite the process.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper assembly by the customer, or failure to follow the care instructions provided with the dining tables, food carts, or outdoor sets. This policy covers manufacturing defects and shipping damages only. We are not responsible for any personal items left inside returned furniture or packaging.
Item Condition Requirements
For "No Reason" returns, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. If the item has been assembled, modified, or damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a fee for the loss in value.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made before the item has been shipped. Once the item has been handed over to the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled immediately, and you will need to follow the standard Return Process after receiving the goods.
