Thank you for purchasing dining tables, mobile food carts, and outdoor dining sets at Homelivra (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). Please read the following policy carefully regarding the cancellation of orders placed on our online store.

Order Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation criteria are as follows:

  • Cancelable: Orders can be directly cancelled if the request is submitted within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the items have not yet been shipped.

  • Not Cancelable: If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been dispatched/shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this scenario, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items, and then contact us to initiate a return and refund. For further details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email at contact@homelivra.com or by phone at +1 (917) 805-3975. In your request, please provide your Order Number and Proof of Payment.

  • Our customer service team will process your application immediately upon receipt. Once the cancellation is approved, we will inform you of the outcome and arrange for the refund at the first opportunity.

Refund Instructions
Once a cancellation is successfully processed (or a return is confirmed for shipped items):

  • Method: The refund will be returned to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the payment.

  • Arrival Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days.

  • Overdue Refunds: If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Modifications
If you need to modify shipping information or the quantity of items rather than cancel the entire order, please contact us within the 48-hour window before shipment. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the dispatch process.

Cancellations Due to Stock Unavailability
In rare instances, we may be forced to cancel an order due to unforeseen inventory discrepancies or inability to fulfill the order. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method without delay.
